Secure Your Spot: Payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 14 days, your place may be offered to the next family on our waiting list.
Cancellations: We offer a full refund or credit with at least 14 days' written notice before the club start date.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may not be eligible for a refund, as we may be unable to fill the space.
